Grégoire Michaud's local bread & pastry shop, and food heaven. Bakehouse was conceived as an informal space open to the diverse inhabitants of the colorful Wan Chai neighborhood. We wanted to expose the most attractive material of all; their food, so we approached the interiors by opening the kitchen and creating an industrial mood that dialogues with kitchen and storage elements. This style represents a common place for passers-by, where anyone can feel comfortable, managing to enhance the sense of community in a place where many different realities coexist.
