An all-day dining buffet restaurant for guests at the Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino at the touristic island of Jeju, South Korea. The challenge of the design concept was to allow a flexible yet elegant space, in which its operation can be adapted to different situations, depending on the moment of the day and the time of the year. Once enjoying the buffet tour, a special space is discovered at the back of the restaurant - a venue for celebration.
